We ship via United Parcel Service(UPS) ground service, other shipping options are available upon request. COD orders are welcomed within the Continenial U.S. A $7.00 UPS COD fee per package will be added to the order. All orders received before 3:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the next business day.
If you received damage merchandise, you must report all damaged merchandise to the carrier (United Parcel Service) upon receipt of shipments and send a copy of the inspection report to us. We reserve the right to replace damaged parts and not the entire product. Examine merchandise before assembling. We will not accept product back that has been assembled.
On back ordered items, if the back-ordered product is to arrive at our warehouse within 5 business days, we will hold your order to complete your shipment. If the item will not arrive at our warehouse within 5 business days will ship your order less the back-ordered items, those items will need to be re-ordered at a later date.
In regards to our return policy, if within 60 days of shipment of your order, you return an item in its orginal condition and in it's original packaging, we will issue a full refund or replace it with another item. Exchange for a different item is possible if customer pays for re-shipping cost of the exchanged merchandise. You must call for RMA number before returning any merchandise. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in any refund. We will not accept COD returns. All shipments must be freight pre-paid. The original merchandise must be received before a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow two weeks for processing of returned merchandise.
